This group provides a place for both individuals & clubs to advertise events, exchange information & pictures & generally find out more about the vintage & veteran bicycle movement.
Although aimed primarily at the UK & Europe, communication from anywhere is welcome, the name reflecting the fact that some parts of the world are already well covered by other groups. Similarly, as later machines seem to be well catered for, the main focus of the group is pre 1940 machines, going back as far as you want to, although information or pictures of anything later will not be excluded if they are interesting enough.
This group is not connected to any existing organisation, so is very happy to add links to club web sites & email addresses, along with those of any major events, such as International rallies.
We also welcome postings in whichever language you choose. Included with the links is one to a free translation site that will help those of us with limited languages to translate several different ones to & from English (if you know of a better one please let us know).
